At booking and paying for hotel accommodation, the Guest agrees with the following Genral Terms and Accomodation Rules and agrees to fulfill them.
Our hotel provides 24/7 mode of operation and accommodation of guests.
Check-out time in our hotel is understood at 11:00 a.m. Accomodation before the check-out time (from 7:00 to 11:00), and after check-out time (from 11:00 to 18:00) is paid as per an additional agreement with the check-in administrator.
The payment for accommodation and services of the hotel is made through the administrator, according to the price list for the services.
Accommodation is made on the obligatory filling in of the questionnaire of a person to be accomodated upon presentation of his/her passport or other document proving the identity of the guest.
In case of prolongation or reduction of the accomodation period for objective reasons, the guest is obliged to notify the administration at least one day before the proposed eviction, and settle a calculation (recalculation) with the administrator for the accommodation and services provided.
Smoking in the rooms, corridors and common areas of the hotel is prohibited. Smoking is allowed in specially designated places.
Penalty for smoking in rooms, corridors and common areas of the hotel is 400 UAH.
Invitation of visitors to the rooms is possible only during the period from 9:00 to 22:00 with mandatory notification of the administrator about it.
The guests are prohibited during their absence to leave unauthorized persons in the rooms or to give them the room key without notifying the hotel administration. The notification does not imply the transfer of accomodation rights. The Guests are obliged to provide documents that prove the identity of their visitors (passport, other identity documents) for notification to the administration.
The hotel does not provide the accomodation for guests with pets.
All guests are obliged to comply with sanitary standards, fire safety, and rules of public order in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
It is forbidden to bring things to the hotel and keep things, materials and objects that are dangerous for life, health of guests and preservation of property (weapons, ammunition, explosives and narcotic substances) in the room.
The guests are liable for the safety of furniture, equipment, and other things in the rooms. In case of damage to the property, the guest is obliged to compensate the damage caused by the spoilage.
The hotel is not liable for the loss of valuables (cash, credit cards, business papers, jewelry, etc.) not deposited in the safe for the administrator.
Refusal from the preliminary application for accommodation (a booking) is accepted by the administration either orally or in writing, but not less than 1 day before the actual date of actual residence.
The guest undertakes to hand over the room to the hotel administrator upon departure.
In case of violation of these Rules, the Guest may be evicted from the hotel in the administrative order.
